Remote Tech Lead

Description:

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions for BreederDAO's technical projects.
• Provide technical guidance to team members to support their professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable and robust software systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to optimize system performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for adoption.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.
• Manage and prioritize technical debt for timely resolution.
• Monitor and report on project progress to meet milestones and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a software developer with a successful track record in delivering complex software projects.
• Strong expertise in front-end and back-end Javascript web development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Nice to have, but not required:

• Previous experience in a leadership role like team lead or technical lead.
• Knowledge of game development in Unreal Engine 5 and 3D model processing.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
• Expertise in Python web development frameworks like Flask.
