Inflection.io is still in startup mode with approximately 30 employees and is looking for a Tech Lead to help propel the company forward.
The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems and applications.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development and at least 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or C# is required.
A strong understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is necessary.
Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is required.
A proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems is expected.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively are essential.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
