Requirements:

The candidate must currently be a Tech Lead with deep engineering knowledge and strong people skills.
A senior-level understanding of software architecture patterns, clean code principles, database management, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines is required.
Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams is essential.
Familiarity with management best practices, such as conducting 1:1s and feedback cycles, is necessary.
Experience with Python, Django, and React or similar web and mobile frameworks is required.
