Description:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers to promote technical excellence and innovation within Astra DAO
- Design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP/AWS for the cryptocurrency analytics platform
- Drive the adoption of best practices, including DORA metrics, to improve team performance and product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps
- Actively contribute to code development, reviews, and technical documentation
- Ensure high code quality and consistent coding styles across the team
- Lead system design efforts for new features and enhancements
- Conduct thorough peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a successful track record of delivering high-quality software products
- Extensive proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
- Strong system design skills to architect complex and scalable solutions
- Expertise in maintaining high code quality standards and implementing consistent coding styles
- Experience in conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and a history of being a top contributor on high-performing development teams
- Active annual Github contributions showcasing engagement with open-source or personal projects
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior developers
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
