Astra Dao is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join their team in Pakistan, working remotely.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and contributing to the architecture and development of a cutting-edge cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of full-stack developers, architecting scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms, driving best practices adoption, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring high code quality, and staying updated on industry trends.

Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a successful track record in delivering high-quality software products.
Extensive expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
Strong system design skills to architect complex, scalable solutions.
Ability to maintain high code quality standards and consistent coding styles, conduct peer reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Familiarity with DORA metrics, software architecture principles, and design patterns.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor junior developers.
Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
