The position is for a detailed-oriented and experienced technical leader who will focus on digital transformation.

The Tech Lead will provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, ensuring the backlog can accommodate upcoming sprints.

The position includes participation in building complex system and architecture designs.

Requirements:

The candidate must have good communication skills in English to interact with different teams and stakeholders within the company.
Experience and in-depth knowledge in backend OOP languages, preferably Node.js, or open-source technologies are required.
The candidate should have experience with relational database queries such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with GitOps environments such as ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar is necessary.
Experience in automation code deployments or tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar is required.
The candidate should have experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
Understanding of complex systems and the latest open API standards and service-oriented architecture is essential.

The position offers a renewable contract for one year.
