Remote Tech Lead, Digital Venture

Description:

• The position is for a detailed-oriented and experienced technical leader who will focus on digital transformation.

• The Tech Lead will provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, ensuring the backlog can accommodate upcoming sprints.
• The candidate will control coding quality to meet and achieve the team’s standard goals.
• The position includes participation in building complex system and architecture designs.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have good communication skills in English to interact with different teams and stakeholders within the company.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in backend OOP languages, preferably Node.js, or open-source technologies are required.
• Experience with relational database queries such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is necessary.
• Familiarity with GitOps environments such as ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar is essential.
• The candidate should have experience in automation code deployments or tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar is required.
• The candidate must have experience in complex systems and an understanding of the latest open API standards and service-oriented architecture.
