Description:
The position is for a detailed-oriented and experienced technical leader who will focus on digital transformation.

The Tech Lead will provide user story backlog sizing and recommendations, ensuring the backlog can accommodate upcoming sprints.

The position includes participation in building complex system and architecture designs.
Requirements:
The candidate must have good communication skills in English to interact with different teams and stakeholders within the company.
In-depth knowledge and experience in backend OOP languages, preferably Node.js, or open-source technologies are required.
Experience with relational database queries such as SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is necessary.
Familiarity with GitOps environments such as ArgoCD, Kubestack, or similar is essential.
The candidate should have experience in automation code deployments or tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar is required.
The candidate must have experience in complex systems and an understanding of the latest open API standards and service-oriented architecture.
