The Tech Lead will spearhead the development of the core technology and scale the platform to meet growing demand.
Responsibilities include leading the development of core technology infrastructure, focusing on web applications, backend services, and scalable cloud solutions.
The Tech Lead will design, develop, and maintain platforms using various programming languages, primarily Python and JavaScript.
Collaboration with product, design, and operations teams is essential to turn business needs into high-performing technical solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have solid experience in JavaScript, specifically with Node.js, React, Vue, or Angular.
Experience in building and deploying scalable systems, focusing on microservices and serverless architecture, is required.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is necessary.
A strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with data modeling is essential.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks and responsive web design principles is required.
Candidates should be able to work with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and third-party integrations.
Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment and using tools like JIRA or Trello is necessary.
Bonus skills include experience with AI/ML frameworks or data science tools, knowledge of mobile development (iOS/Android), familiarity with security best practices (OAuth, encryption), and proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
