As a Tech Lead, you will flex your Solidity and smart contract proficiency by producing reliable code consistently and speedily.
You will deploy code to the production environment, delivering intuitive features that are easy to test and ready for immediate feedback.
The role involves facilitating communication between design and development teams, considering the impact of technical solutions on user experience.

Requirements:

You must be proficient in Solidity and smart contracts.
A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in full stack development in a production environment is required.
You should be security-minded and quick at implementation.
Comfort in assigning tasks to team members and coordinating their efforts is essential.
A strong interest in mathematics and a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) or traditional finance is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, preferably from a top university or program, is required.
Experience with Node.js and React is a plus.
