Description:

Remedy is looking for a Tech Lead Engineer who possesses infinite curiosity and will work alongside product managers and partners to create impactful products.
The role involves defining, designing, and implementing architectural decisions and strategies aligned with the long-term vision and roadmap.
Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to determine application needs, documenting development processes, architecting solutions based on public cloud services (GCP), and leading the design and prototyping of key technologies.
The Tech Lead Engineer will provide estimation and planning input for projects, offer leadership and mentorship to team members, and ensure adherence to technical architecture standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
Excellent communication skills with a minimum C1 level in English are required.
Experience in software architecture and design, along with prior experience leading a technical team, is essential.
Candidates should have experience developing cloud-based solutions using best security practices and understand the importance of writing supporting documentation.
A track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines and experience working within Agile teams is necessary.
Technical experience should include comprehensive expertise in both frontend (70%) and backend (30%) development, covering the entire software development lifecycle.
Experience in backend API development with Python is required, with familiarity in FastAPI preferred but not mandatory.
Frontend experience with React and VueJS is necessary, along with working knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or GCP.
Candidates should have experience developing processes to audit and monitor security standards, optimizing application deployments for performance, scalability, and robustness, and innovating new tools and practices.
Database design expertise in one or more of the following: Postgresql, MySQL, AWS RDS is required.
Ability to configure CI/CD pipelines for application deployments in cloud environments (CircleCI, GitHub Action) and infrastructure deployment using IaaC (Terraform) is necessary.
Additional technologies such as Docker and Celery are also required.
