Remote Tech Lead Frontend

Description:

• Gympass is looking for a Tech Lead Frontend to join their Yoga team in Brazil.
• The Yoga team consists of one designer and three front-end developers and is focused on enhancing operational efficiency and influencing the company's OKRs.
• The Tech Lead will be responsible for architectural decisions, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with the product team and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the native and web Design System, defining system architecture, ensuring successful deliveries, promoting code quality standards, and participating in incident resolution.
• The Tech Lead will also promote development best practices, build reusable code, and prioritize the wellbeing of themselves and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Strong experience in building and designing high-scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in ReactJS/React Native and the Typescript ecosystem.
• Experience working with modern agile product development teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to groups.
• Advanced English skills for effective communication in English.
