VeliTech is a product company focused on technology and continuous learning, serving over 35 million users with iGaming products.
The Tech Lead Full Stack will join the VeliX team, which blends art and technology to enhance the operational aspects of iGaming companies and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities include leading the development of frontend and backend components, acting as the main technical contact for product issues, and optimizing continuous integration and delivery processes.
The role involves keeping up with industry trends, supporting team hiring, maintaining code documentation, and overseeing website development using the core framework.
The Tech Lead will participate in code reviews, collaborate with team leaders for enhancements, and improve end-user experience and observability systems.
The position requires accountability for incident management and resolution within defined SLAs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in iGaming and at least 7 years of experience in JavaScript, React, and NodeJS, including advanced topics like ES6 features and asynchronous programming.
A strong background in frontend frameworks, particularly React and NextJs, is essential.
Applicants should possess excellent knowledge of SRE practices and architecture design, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in an international setting.
Understanding of Agile methods and DevOps practices is required, along with knowledge of backend technologies like Node/NestJs.
At least 3 years of experience with AWS services and hands-on experience in creating CI pipelines using GitlabCI and Docker are necessary.
Candidates should have excellent knowledge of Cloudflare services, K8s, ArgoCD, and Docker, as well as experience in performance optimization for web applications.
Familiarity with Strapi or other CMS, designing REST APIs and GraphQL, and working with public cloud platforms is required.
A solid understanding of webpack and architectural patterns such as SOLID and FSD is necessary, along with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to implement changes.
Familiarity with AI tools for rapid development and good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases are considered assets.
Experience with PHP and familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and modern architectural patterns would be a plus.
