Description:

  • The Tech Lead FullStack will be responsible for analyzing and designing application architecture.
  • The role involves understanding the technical and strategic direction of the company to generate and document application standards according to corporate architecture.
  • The position requires identifying opportunities for creating reusable components/APIs for the entire company and ensuring their reuse by various development teams.
  • The Tech Lead will ensure secure and resilient implementations.
  • Monitoring KPIs related to solution architecture management and reuse is also a key responsibility.
  • The role includes conducting POCs with new technologies or different use cases.
  • The Tech Lead will serve as the focal point for the team regarding technical questions and critical impasses.
  • The position involves facilitating code reviews and dojos with the team to enhance continuous learning.
  • The Tech Lead will partner with the Squad Lead, participating in meetings and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have experience in technical leadership.
  • Experience with microservices solutions, containerized (Docker), and orchestrated (Kubernetes) environments is required.
  • Practical experience in developing modern applications (APIs) and websites/platforms is necessary.
  • The candidate should have experience in at least one of the following stacks: Java/Spring Boot, Angular 15+, or Spark (Python or Scala).
  • Knowledge of messaging and event tools such as RabbitMQ and Kafka is required.
  • Familiarity with key application architecture models and patterns, including DDD, BDD, Microfrontends, Design Patterns, SOLID, Service Mesh, and Enterprise Integration Patterns, is essential.
  • Practical experience with cloud application solutions (AWS) is required.
  • The candidate should possess good planning, organization, documentation, and negotiation skills regarding deadlines and needs.
  • Experience in technically leading teams is necessary, with the ability to guide the team to find solutions, even if final direction is needed.
  • Desirable knowledge in big data solutions such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, BI, Data Mesh, and MLOps is a plus.
