  • The position is for a Tech Lead/Full-stack Engineer focused on backend development in Golang to scale and evolve a global Voice Platform.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a leadership or technical mentorship role, ideally as a Tech Lead.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development with modern technologies, is required.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Golang and 3+ years of experience with React are necessary.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is essential.
  • A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture patterns is required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
