The Tech Lead/Full-stack Engineer will focus on backend development in Golang to scale and evolve the global Voice Platform.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of backend services, owning architectural decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to frontend development, driving code quality, supporting agile planning, ensuring system observability, and promoting engineering best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a leadership or technical mentorship role, ideally as a Tech Lead.
A minimum of 8+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development with modern technologies, is required.
Candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience in Golang and 3+ years of experience with React.
Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is necessary.
A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture patterns is required.
Candidates must be comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
