Description:

  • The Tech Lead (Lending) position at RecargaPay is a strategic role that serves as a technical reference and team leader.
  • The role requires a balance between technical expertise, people leadership, and project management.

  • The Tech Lead will lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring deliverables are completed within established deadlines and budgets.

  • Acting as a facilitator in communication between technical and non-technical teams is also a key responsibility, promoting an efficient and aligned workflow.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and working in product-driven companies is required.
  • Experience with security aspects and session management is necessary.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Java applications, along with familiarity with monitoring tools for production environments, is required.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile methodologies is essential.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills are necessary.
  • The ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
  • Competence in defining clear objectives and ensuring the team meets project milestones is essential.
  • Experience guiding and leading teams to successful project deliveries within deadlines and budgets is necessary.
  • Proven success in hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent is required.
  • Active contribution to aligning technological strategies with broader organizational objectives is expected.
