Description:
As a Tech Lead in the Members Area Development, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of a new product that will enhance our ecosystem of creators.
Your responsibilities will include the design, architecture, and implementation of complex systems related to content delivery, user access management, subscription models, and modular product offerings.
You will work closely with the CEO and other engineers to ensure that the platform is scalable, secure, and provides a seamless user experience for both creators and members.
The technology stack includes Frontend technologies such as React.js and TailwindCSS, a Design System using Shadcn, and Backend technologies including Node.js, GoLang, and TypeScript, with Google Cloud and Firestore as the database.
Requirements:
You must have a proven track record in complex data modeling, transforming complex software problems into elegant and scalable technical solutions.
You should have demonstrated experience in leading complex software projects from conception to completion.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a software company with a high-quality technical culture and a history of delivering exceptional products in production is required.
You should be able to work as a Senior, Lead, or Staff Engineer, with compensation adjusted accordingly, paying at the 90th percentile of the market.
Preferred qualifications include experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services, familiarity with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Firestore) databases, and experience implementing user authentication systems such as RBAC, JWT, and OAuth.
Understanding of web performance optimization and best practices, knowledge of web application security best practices, experience in developing CMS solutions, and experience in developing video performance optimization solutions are also advantageous.
Benefits:
Salary ranges for CLT positions are as follows: Senior: R$15,500 to R$20,000 per month; Master: R$20,000 to R$25,000 per month; Staff: R$24,000 to R$30,000 per month; Sr Staff: R$27,000 to R$34,000 per month.
