Description:

Avesdo is seeking a Tech Lead/Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in .NET Core, experienced in developing and deploying Microservices, Azure Cloud, and DevOps practices.
The Tech Lead will provide technical leadership to the software team, contribute to designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions.
Responsibilities include augmenting the microservices-based platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
The role involves hands-on development using .NET Core, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, and designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform.
The Tech Lead will also be responsible for enhancing CI/CD pipelines, conducting code reviews, collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting and supporting production systems, and creating technical documentation.

7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud.
Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and deploying Microservices.
Experience in API design, front-end development using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps tools and practices, software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
