Remote Tech Lead Node.js

Description:

• Mindera is seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in Node.js development to join their team.
• The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.
• This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure the quality and performance of the codebase.
• The Tech Lead will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development.
• Responsibilities include leading and mentoring developers, collaborating on technical requirements, designing and developing software solutions, contributing to architectural decisions, identifying and resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in Node.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript, with a deep understanding of Node.js is required.
• Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices is necessary.
• Familiarity with GraphQL is expected.
• Great knowledge of AWS and/or GCP is required.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative and agile environment is necessary.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a nice to have.
