Remote Tech Lead (PJ)

Description:

• RecargaPay is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee a team of engineers and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• The Tech Lead will establish the team's objectives and project goals, aligning them with the company's broader objectives.

Requirements:

• A degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
• Candidates must have experience in team leadership.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and development best practices, is necessary.
• Knowledge of Domain Oriented Design is required.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture is an advantage.
• Proven ability to design complex distributed applications that are high-performing, scalable, and reliable is essential.
• Development experience using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS is required.
• Experience with asynchronous programming is necessary.
• Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools to monitor production applications is required.
