RecargaPay is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee a team of engineers and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
The Tech Lead will establish the team's objectives and project goals, aligning them with the company's broader objectives.

Requirements:

A degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines is required.
Candidates must have experience in team leadership.
A solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and development best practices, is essential.
Knowledge of Domain Oriented Design is required.
Familiarity with microservices architecture is an advantage.
Proven ability to design complex distributed applications that are high-performing, scalable, and reliable is necessary.
Development experience using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS is required.
Experience with asynchronous programming is essential.
Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools to monitor production applications is necessary.
