Description:

The Professional Services Tech Lead is responsible for delivering complex SaaS solutions with a focus on innovative data and attribution models.
This role involves supervising and mentoring a team of Professional Services Data Analysts and Engagement Leads, emphasizing skill enhancement and professional growth.
The Tech Lead will actively review and refine existing project delivery methodologies and analytics solutions to drive innovation and improve client satisfaction.
They will serve as a technical expert in client engagements, providing deep insights and strategic guidance to ensure project success.
The position requires meeting with customers to define approaches, troubleshoot issues, and explain solutions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record in data engineering and analytics is required.
Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (or another programming language) is necessary.
Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is essential.
Comprehensive knowledge of cloud data platforms like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS is required.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and refine Attribution models, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and other analytical frameworks related to Incrementality.
Proficiency in ETL processes and knowledge of dbt, kimble modelling, and SQL-mech is expected.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot is important.
Excellent communication and team coaching skills are essential for this role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are required.
