The role of Tech Lead / Staff Engineer involves participating in the analysis and systems/software design, overseeing implementation, and ensuring high-quality code through PR reviews.
The position requires getting to MVPs/prototype state quickly to shorten feedback loops and continuously align with stakeholders.
Responsibilities include ensuring system reliability, scalability, and cost/performance, as well as supporting performance reviews of team members.

Requirements:
