Remote Tech Team Lead (.NET / Vue) - Remote in Spain Possible

Description:

• The company is seeking a Tech Lead who can combine hands-on coding with technical leadership.
• The ideal candidate will spend most of their time actively contributing to the codebase while overseeing the technical direction of projects.
• Responsibilities include guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and driving the successful delivery of solutions.
• The role requires a balance of strong technical skills and leadership, including mentoring the team, reviewing code, and collaborating on architectural decisions.
• The Tech Lead will lead and develop services and code for a new Commercial Portal solution within the Finance ecosystem.
• The team is currently small but has plans to grow, and the Tech Lead will work closely with other product teams as well as finance and sales teams in a distributed and international setup.

Requirements:

• The candidate must be a team player, able to motivate and engage with peers.
• Proven experience with the development of complex software solutions for 5 years or more is required.
• The candidate must have proven experience with design and coding of REST APIs, database solutions, and microservices in C# for 5 years or more.
• Proven coding skills with JavaScript and/or Typescript in a frontend context are necessary, along with experience in common frontend frameworks like Vue, Angular, or React.
• Great communication skills are preferred.
• Experience with microservices in a cloud-native setting and working with high-performance software will make the candidate stand out.
