Description:
The company is seeking a Tech Lead who can combine hands-on coding with technical leadership.
The ideal candidate will spend most of their time actively contributing to the codebase while overseeing the technical direction of projects.
Responsibilities include guiding the development team, ensuring high-quality code, and driving the successful delivery of solutions.
The role requires a balance of strong technical skills and leadership, including mentoring the team, reviewing code, and collaborating on architectural decisions.
The Tech Lead will lead and develop services and code for a new Commercial Portal solution within the Finance ecosystem.
The team is currently small but has plans to grow, and the Tech Lead will work closely with other product teams as well as finance and sales teams in a distributed and international setup.
Requirements:
The candidate must be a team player, able to motivate and engage with peers.
Proven experience with the development of complex software solutions for 5 years or more is required.
The candidate must have proven experience with design and coding of REST APIs, database solutions, and microservices in C# for 5 years or more.
Proven coding skills with JavaScript and/or Typescript in a frontend context are necessary, along with experience in common frontend frameworks like Vue, Angular, or React.
Great communication skills are preferred.
Experience with microservices in a cloud-native setting and working with high-performance software will make the candidate stand out.
