Description:

• InVitro Capital is seeking a strategic and experienced Technical Lead to oversee backend development efforts, solution design, and system architecture.
• The role involves guiding the team through complex technical challenges and driving AI-based solutions and SaaS development.
• Responsibilities include leading and mentoring technical squads, architecting and developing robust backend systems using Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
• The Technical Lead will oversee the design and implementation of AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn, integrating them into scalable SaaS applications.
• The position requires designing and managing microservices architectures with cloud integration on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Conducting thorough code reviews with an emphasis on scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to coding standards is essential.
• The Technical Lead will manage the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI and SaaS products.
• Collaboration with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions is required to enhance development workflows and deployment processes.
• The role also involves driving the adoption of best practices in data management, utilizing SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis for efficient data storage solutions.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in backend development and software engineering.
• Extensive experience in leading and mentoring technical teams is necessary.
• Advanced skills in Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, and FastAPI are required.
• Expertise in designing and architecting AI and microservices architectures is essential.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is required.
• Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn is required.
