Description:

The Veeva Curriculum Developer creates innovative administrator and technical learning content for Veeva customers, partners, and employees.
This role focuses on translating complex topics into engaging, digestible, and scalable educational experiences in various delivery formats.
The developer must be comfortable working autonomously as well as with SMEs and stakeholders.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development for technical SaaS products and instructional design.
Responsibilities include conducting instructional research, applying adult learning theory, using modern authoring tools, and managing the end-to-end curriculum development process.
The developer will work cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders to validate learning objectives and technical accuracy.
They will also develop assessments, lead instruction of pilot materials, assist with course lab environments, and stay current with industry trends.
The position requires a commitment to meeting deadlines and providing innovative solutions to training and enablement strategies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of curriculum development experience, including writing technical learning content for software products.
Expertise in using tools to create and publish interactive courseware is required.
Excellent written, visual design, and verbal communication skills are essential.
Life sciences industry experience, particularly in pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance, is necessary.
A consistent track record of accountability in delivering quality projects on time is expected.
Candidates should be able to collaborate and work independently in a high-performing team.
Strong interpersonal skills and the initiative to build productive relationships across all lines of business are important.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
