Remote Technical Enablement Architect , App Performance

Description:

• Cloudflare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Enablement Architect to design, develop, and deliver training content on Cloudflare Application Performance products and solutions.
• This role is critical in enabling stakeholders such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and Customers.
• The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Technical & Partner Enablement and will collaborate closely with product technical marketing, product management, and the specialist organization.
• Responsibilities include maintaining a deep technical understanding of Cloudflare Application Performance solutions, architecting scalable enablement solutions, leading technical discussions, and supporting technical enablement activities for new hires.
• The role involves designing and developing objective-based training materials, curating enablement content, participating in stakeholder interlock meetings, driving field readiness, and owning the Enablement strategy for Application Performance.
• The position is remote and part of an experienced global team focused on creating and delivering technical training for all Cloudflare products and solutions.

Requirements:

• Applicants must have 5-7 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Enablement, Technical Marketing, or Product Marketing, along with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical domain.
• A strong knowledge of Application Performance is required.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the IT industry and at least 2 years in technical pre-sales/sales engineering or consulting roles.
• Experience in Application Performance, Internet technologies, standards, and protocols, including DNS and HTTP/HTTPS, is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong technical knowledge in security- and/or internet-related technologies is required, along with the ability to establish credibility with product management and customers.
