Description:

Cloudflare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Enablement Architect to design, develop, and deliver training content on Cloudflare Network Services products and solutions.
This role is critical in enabling stakeholders such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners, and Customers.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Technical & Partner Enablement and collaborate closely with product technical marketing, product management, and the specialist organization.
Responsibilities include maintaining a deep technical understanding of Cloudflare Network Services solutions, architecting scalable enablement solutions, leading technical discussions, and supporting ongoing enablement activities for new hires.
The role involves designing and developing objective-based training materials, curating enablement content, participating in stakeholder interlock meetings, driving field readiness, and owning the Enablement strategy for Network Services.

Requirements:

Applicants must have 5-10 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Enablement, Technical Marketing, or Product Marketing.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical domain is required.
Strong knowledge in Network Security is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales/sales engineering, consulting, or other customer-facing roles.
Strong technical skills in network security, proficiency in network topologies, protocols, and technologies, and familiarity with cloud service providers are required.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
Desired skills include experience with Network Security or Enterprise solutions, self-starter qualities, and a proven track record in technical solutions selling.
Preferred certifications include Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and various cloud certifications.
