Description:

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Technical Lead for a full-time remote position with a salary range of $120,000 - $135,000.
The Technical Lead will provide IT services in support of the Client Solution project, focusing on planning activities necessary for project completion as per the California Department of Technology (CDT) guidelines.
Responsibilities include analyzing current business processes and systems, developing gap analyses, and creating data conversion and migration plans.
The role involves developing project roadmaps and schedules, mid-level requirements, and a requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
The Technical Lead will also perform data analysis in preparation for data cleanup and migration, update stakeholder comments, and submit the Stage 2 Alternatives Analysis document along with other necessary artifacts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes within the last ten (10) years.
At least three (3) years of this experience must have been in a lead capacity.
A bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field is required, with the possibility of substituting additional qualifying experience for education on a year-for-year basis.
Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience working within a web portal environment accessed by users with differing access requirements.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting government and/or nonprofit IT procurement activities is required.
Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience with iterative or hybrid software design, development, and implementation.
Experience querying data from multiple sources for at least three (3) years is also required.
