Oddball is seeking a Technical Lead to work on a significant Federal program that positively impacts millions of Americans' daily lives.
The role involves leading a team of engineers and designers, with responsibilities for planning, executing, and directing the team.
Strong communication skills are essential, as the position requires working in an Agile environment and having in-depth knowledge of APIs.
The Technical Lead must understand the business use case of the software being developed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development or web application development.
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers is required.
Strong experience with Python is necessary.
The ability to effectively break down technical items in discussions with business users is essential.
Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Technical Lead should be capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating it into actionable steps.
Comfort in handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams is required.
Applicants must be US Citizens and able to work domestically.
Candidates must be able to attain a low-level security clearance.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
