The position of Technical Lead requires a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in roles such as IT Operations Manager, SRE/Platform Engineer/DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure Lead, Production Support Lead, or Systems Engineering Lead.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with APM monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or NewRelic and/or the ELK stack.
Hands-on technical expertise in at least one type of technology solution (e.g., CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, or similar enterprise complex solutions) is required.
Experience with Issue & Tracking systems like JIRA or ServiceNow is necessary.
Candidates should possess knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments, including Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is essential.
Familiarity with relational databases or NoSQL technologies, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra, is required.
A good level of Spanish and English is mandatory.
A Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field is required.
