Description:

Oddball is hiring a Technical Lead to work on a pivotal Federal program that positively impacts millions of Americans' daily lives.
The Technical Lead will lead, shape, and grow one of the largest engineering teams at Oddball.
This role involves managing, mentoring, guiding, and molding a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and others.
The Technical Lead will drive and deliver high-quality products to federal partners.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in React and Rails.
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers is required.
Strong experience with Python is necessary.
The ability to successfully break down technical items in discussions with business users is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
Candidates must be capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating it into concrete next steps and actions.
Comfort in handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams is necessary.
Applicants must be US Citizens and able to work domestically.
Candidates must be able to attain low-level security clearance.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent technical degree is preferred.
