Description:

The position is for a Back End Tech Lead who will provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for the engineering team.
Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable, secure, and highly available back-end systems.
The role involves driving performance and collaboration across the team, working closely with architects and cross-functional teams.
The Tech Lead will oversee system architecture, client-facing demos, and the delivery of robust cloud-native solutions.
Duties include providing technical leadership, identifying and resolving technical issues, owning the delivery of systems, mentoring engineers, leading client meetings, reviewing solution designs, and organizing knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in web application development.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical lead of a development team is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a combination of education and experience is necessary.
Experience in building cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS, is essential.
Proficiency in GO programming language is required.
A strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns is necessary.
Candidates should have a solid foundation in event-driven architectures.
Proven ability to create and maintain highly available, scalable, secure, and observable services is required.
Hands-on experience in designing and creating Event schemas and services is necessary.
Skills in designing/building RESTful APIs are required.
The ability to write clean, well-designed, and high-quality code in a collaborative Agile environment is essential.
Experience in a peak performance organization, preferably a tech startup, is preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Candidates must be able to work cross-culturally on a global team.
The role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
The ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment is essential.
