Description:

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience in software development.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, and exposure to additional programming languages.
This role demands proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD pipelines.
The candidate should also have a strong understanding of software architecture, performance engineering, integration patterns, networking, and security best practices.
This is a remote-first role that requires close collaboration with our global development team.
The Technical Lead will manage and guide multiple projects while fostering teamwork to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions for customers.
The ability to balance multiple projects and the ability to go beyond for customer success, when necessary, is essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects, architecting and building scalable solutions, managing cloud infrastructure, setting up CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring development teams, and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional software development experience is required.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript, with exposure to additional programming languages is necessary.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) is essential.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is required.
A basic understanding of frontend frameworks like React, React Native, or Angular is needed.
A strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, integration patterns, networking, and security principles is crucial.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with remote global teams to deliver multiple projects simultaneously is necessary.
A customer-centric mindset with a willingness to go beyond when necessary is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional, multicultural teams are required.
