Description:
Gorilla Logic is seeking a multidisciplinary Technical Lead to join an Agile team focused on building and maintaining web and mobile applications for clients.
The role requires effective collaboration with teammates and is measured by critical thinking, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and determination.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership to cross-functional development teams, collaborating with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, and making technical implementation decisions.
The Technical Lead will deliver new features and build applications for the SafeRide platform while ensuring high-quality code through best practices.
The position involves working directly with engineering, product, and quality assurance teams in an agile environment to add value to internal and client solutions.
The role also requires innovating in a complex environment while upholding security and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience delivering secure, scalable web applications.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in programming languages such as Node (Javascript), PHP, or React is required.
Applicants should have 4+ years of experience working on production-level web/API applications.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with modern build tooling such as Webpack and Babel is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining production web services at scale, particularly using asynchronous patterns, is required.
Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs is essential.
Candidates should have experience with SQL or NoSQL technologies, including MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB.
Experience managing code with containers, specifically Docker, is required.
Familiarity with cloud engineering on AWS (ECS/Fargate, CloudFront, Lambda, Redshift, queuing) is necessary.
Candidates must be comfortable working in an agile, collaborative team environment using productivity tools like Jira, GitHub, Slack, and GDrive.
Experience in unit and integration testing is required.
Healthcare experience and/or solutioning in a secure environment is preferred.
