Description:

Gorilla Logic is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer with expertise in React Native to provide technical leadership and drive the development of cutting-edge mobile applications.
This position is remote and available for candidates in Colombia and Costa Rica.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, scrum masters, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, to design and implement robust solutions that meet client requirements and elevate user experiences.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership to cross-functional development teams, collaborating with the product owner and scrum master, and making technical implementation decisions in support of requirements.
The candidate will design and build mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms, provide architectural leadership to the team and clients, and work with an agile team to build, maintain, and optimize client applications.
Mentoring fellow developers and ensuring seamless collaboration across agile teams is also a key responsibility.
Proficient English and communication skills, along with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, are required.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
The candidate must have 5+ years of mobile application development experience.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in React Native app development is necessary.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning is required.
The candidate should have experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
Experience in publishing multiple iOS and/or Android apps and beta distribution using TestFlight, Firebase, and/or AppCenter is essential.
Demonstrated experience with bringing multiple products to market is required.
