Description:

  • The Technical Lead position at 3PILLAR GLOBAL in India involves leading a team to develop breakthrough software products for digital businesses.
  • The role requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Angular, React, Javascript, CSS, Graph QL, and Material UI.
  • The candidate must have a high level of English proficiency to collaborate with a globally-based development team.
  • Experience in leading Agile software development methodologies and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs is essential.
  • The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the team's technical direction from conceptualization to deployment, evaluating trade-offs, and ensuring client success.
  • Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams, contributing to code reviews, documentation, and mentoring other engineers are key responsibilities of this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Angular, React, Javascript, CSS, Graph QL, and Material UI.
  • High level of English proficiency for global team collaboration.
  • Experience leading Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt high-level architecture to project and client needs.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating scalable, secure, and performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP.
