Description:
3Pillar is seeking a Technical Lead to join their elite team of innovators in Moldova, focusing on product development in a remote capacity.
The role involves steering projects that redefine urban living, establish new media channels, and drive innovation in healthcare.
The Technical Lead will guide the technical direction and implementation of projects, ensuring client success is prioritized.
Responsibilities include creating and leading technical documentation, collaborating with product and design teams, contributing to code reviews, and mentoring other engineers.
The position requires a high level of English proficiency and experience in Agile software development methodologies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with at least 7 years of experience in C and 5 years in Linux.
High proficiency in English to interact with a globally-based development team.
Experience leading Agile software development methodologies and adapting high-level architecture to project needs.
Ability to verify and validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture.
Expertise in object-oriented programming, preferably in Java or C++.
Proficiency in high-level design following UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
Experience in creating scalable, secure, and performant enterprise-level systems.
Demonstrated initiative in mentoring engineers and decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP.
