Remote Technical Lead, Data Web Platform

Description:

• The Technical Lead will be responsible for helping engineering teams and projects progress to the next level by making architectural decisions that balance speed of delivery, technical debt, extensibility, and project goals.
• They will oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring consistent progression, momentum, and alignment within the team.
• The role involves contributing as a full stack developer, providing design recommendations, guiding teams towards integrated user experiences, reducing inefficiencies, upholding code quality, automating processes, and managing technical tasks.
• The Technical Lead will assess technical risks, prioritize tasks, bridge communication gaps, mentor developers, provide operational support, and monitor key metrics.
• No physical effort or business travel is required for this position.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining production web applications.
• 2+ years of experience in the ad tech or data analytics industry.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in guiding team members towards technical and project goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in managing projects through the software development lifecycle, aligning technical decisions with business goals, and working closely with stakeholders.
• Desire for continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, and fostering innovation within the team.
