Simon Data is seeking an experienced Engineering Tech Lead Director to lead AI/ML product development.
The role involves empowering marketers with tools to create campaigns, audiences, and user journeys while syncing data across platforms.
The mission is to harness generative AI to enhance product intuitiveness, predictiveness, and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include leading engineers in designing and deploying generative AI models, aligning team priorities with company objectives, and promoting technical excellence.
The director will manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment and conducting regular performance reviews.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI and Machine Learning.
A minimum of 5 years in people leadership with direct reports is required.
Strong technical expertise in Python and data systems is essential; Snowflake experience is a plus.
A solid understanding of AI/ML principles and their application to customer-facing products is necessary.
Exceptional communication skills are required to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
