Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of 4-8 engineers within the Growth Engineering Division, focusing on Enterprise healthcare groups.
  • Utilize the RAILS-based e-commerce platform to develop Enterprise-specific features.
  • Drive engineering initiatives to create innovative user experiences with significant business impact.
  • Plan and architect projects, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain the roadmap.
  • Contribute to the technical decision-making and architecture of the platform's future within the Enterprise healthcare domain.
  • Collaborate with other technical leaders and work on maintaining the technical health and security of the application.
  • Work on high-scale web applications and contribute to the code base using modern full-tech stack technologies like Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo.

Requirements:

  • Must have an outcome-based focus and the ability to iterate, move fast, and measure.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team and working with business stakeholders to provide solutions.
  • Passion for Growth and strong engineering practices and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with modern full-tech stack technologies.
  • Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is an asset.
