The Product Engineering Team Lead will lead and guide the engineering team in delivering technological solutions aligned with business objectives, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency in product development.
The role involves providing clarity and context on team objectives and strategies, focusing on the "what" rather than the "how."
The Team Lead will empower developers, support technical decision prioritization, identify and unblock technical issues affecting team productivity, and ensure code quality through best practices and constant reviews.
The position also includes managing technical debt and improving user experience by minimizing Failed Customer Interactions (FCIs).

Requirements:

The candidate must have technical leadership and team management experience in development.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as Typescript, Javascript, NodeJs, NextJs, and React is required.
Experience in mobile app development using React Native is necessary.
Knowledge of backend technologies including Java, SpringBoot, Postgres, Mysql, and Redis is essential.
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Junit, Jest, pmd, and striker is required.
Experience in developing microservices and RESTful APIs is necessary.
The candidate should be well-versed in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
A strong understanding of code quality best practices and technical debt management is required.
Experience with automated testing tools to ensure product stability is essential.
Fullstack software development experience in modern environments is necessary.
The candidate should possess skills in process optimization and technical problem-solving.
Effective communication and decision-making skills are required.
