Description:

As a Technical Lead of the Growth team, you will be part of the product trio (PM, designer, tech lead), defining technical direction and guiding architecture to build secure, scalable solutions at high velocity.
You will establish best practices, mentor engineers in the team, make data-informed decisions, and collaborate closely with other tech leads.
The role involves driving product growth through acquisition, activation, and monetization by leveraging A/B testing, experimentation, user research, and rapid iterations.
You will work across the product and stack using the latest technologies including TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js, and Go.
Responsibilities include acting as the team's technical leader, defining technical direction, establishing best practices, aligning with tech leads across product teams, supporting and mentoring team members, making data-informed decisions, and working with a wide range of technologies.

Requirements:

You must be based remotely in the United States/Canada (Eastern Time/ET only) or Europe (GMT, GMT+1).
Proven hands-on staff-level/technical lead-level software engineering experience is required, preferably having worked in a growth team or as a founding/early engineer in a fast-growing startup.
A proven track record of designing and building APIs and microservices is necessary, with proficiency in Go and Node.js preferred.
You should be a curious and adept technology generalist who can work efficiently across the stack with various languages and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to quickly understand context and break down complex problems into efficient solutions.
You must be able to find pragmatic solutions that balance quality, speed, and results, prioritizing business impact over perfection.
Effective communication skills are required, both in writing and during real-time communication.
