Description:
- Lead the IAM Engineering team responsible for the technical decision making and architecture of the e-commerce platform's sign-up & login page and OAuth flow
- Manage and grow a team of developers, working closely with the Director of Engineering, Security, and Legal
- Plan and architect projects, lead design discussions, and contribute to the code base
- Collaborate with other Technical Leaders in product engineering, infrastructure, and security
- Work on a fast-growing platform with increasing demand, following strong engineering practices and processes
Requirements:
- Experience leading a full-stack software development team
- Passion for IAM and Security, staying updated on evolving threats and technologies
- Knowledge of directory services, Single Sign-On technologies, multi-factor authentication solutions, and role-based access control
- Strong experience with high-scale web applications and modern full-tech stack including Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo
