Remote Technical Lead - Java

• The candidate will mentor others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and support the growth of technical capabilities within the Engineering Practice community.
• The role requires independent project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java 11, Eclipse Link (similar to Hibernate), JSF2, Bootstrap, CSS3, Oracle DB, AWS, Ansible, and Jenkins is required.
• Strong experience with Java 8 or Java 11 is necessary.
• The candidate must be willing to work on UI tasks, as JSF is used for these tasks.
• Previous experience with JPA implementation (Hibernate or EclipseLink), relational databases, web frameworks, and Maven/Gradle is essential.
• Unit testing experience is required.
• The candidate must have technical responsibility over the solutions delivered and be involved in cross-team collaboration.
• Involvement in architectural activities at the account level and helping teams remove roadblocks to successful delivery is expected.
• The candidate should be proactive in driving initiatives that provide value to clients beyond day-to-day activities.
• Requirement analysis, coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation are key responsibilities.
