Description:
Join the Conversation Orchestration team at LivePerson as a hands-on Technical Lead.
Work with internal and external AI platforms to improve and simplify brand-to-customer messaging experiences.
Lead the development of AI-driven agent matching and routing solutions.
Modernize legacy systems and build new features from the ground up.
Ensure the seamless delivery of AI-driven solutions that enhance the messaging experience for brands and customers.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and large customers to deliver AI-based solutions.
Design, build, and deploy Java-based enterprise-level solutions and REST-based APIs for backend services.
Oversee the development of new and innovative features while maintaining and supporting existing applications and services.
Utilize monitoring tools and logging services to debug and analyze production issues.
Evaluate open-source tools and frameworks, making recommendations for usage when applicable.
Develop technical specifications and documentation in coordination with the data science team.
Design, build, and deploy machine learning pipelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a strong Java, NodeJS, TypeScript, and/or Python backend systems developer.
Strong experience with complex systems designs and large-scale traffic management.
Experience in enterprise systems integration and hands-on people management.
Ability to communicate designs effectively through flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and similar methods.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
Experience working with data at scale, including Kafka and NoSQL databases.
Demonstrated ability to self-learn and grow professionally.
Nice to have: Experience with Java backend applications (including TypeScript and Python).
Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Nice to have: Experience with database fundamentals (SQL, indexing, etc.).
Nice to have: Knowledge of multi-cloud security practices.
