The Technical Lead will lead, coordinate, and manage technological developments, ensuring functional and technical quality.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to high-quality standards using best practices in development and architecture.
The Technical Lead will plan developments with the team, follow software architecture and engineering guidelines, and guide the development team in complex technical tasks to ensure the success of each developer in the project.
The role requires being a technical reference for the team and responsible for conveying the complete technical vision of the project to the team.
Challenges include resolving dependencies and technical services with other areas, executing code review rules, conducting reviews and analyses with Architecture, making estimates validated with the Technical Manager, participating in technical discovery meetings, and planning with various teams.
Requirements:
More than 10 years of experience in relevant projects applying development concepts and technologies.
Proficiency in Front End technologies such as iOS, Android, and Angular JavaScript.
Strong integration skills in Java, including encapsulation, coupling, pooling, asynchrony, transactionality, persistence, data structures, memory management, and threads.
Experience with relational databases (SQL engines, constraints, stored procedures, indices, types of joins) and NoSQL databases (engines, tools).
Familiarity with development processes including DevOps (code analysis, source management, binary management), testing (unit, performance, profiling), continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Knowledge of technical services execution, environment management (Dev, QA, Prod), and Agile development methodologies or frameworks (SCRUM).
Understanding of cloud infrastructure (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, CaaS), on-premise systems (Linux, Unix), and hybrid systems (brokering).
Awareness of digitalization principles, technologies, and trends.
