Remote Technical Lead (multiple openings)

Requirements:

• Significant experience working with Ruby on Rails or similar languages in a commercial setting.
• Strong engineering skills and understanding of building scalable software.
• Track record of delivering technical solutions for business problems.
• Experience in Agile product teams, leading projects, and mentoring developers.
• Deep understanding of web, databases, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively to various team members.
• Passion for writing clean, reusable, and scalable code.
