• Optimy, a Belgian tech scale-up, is seeking a Technical Leader to join their remote IT team based in Brussels.
• The Technical Leader will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of reliable software solutions by the team, maintaining high standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with the Product team to design and implement robust systems, mentoring team members, planning roadmaps, and evaluating technical skills during the hiring process.
• The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or related field, 5-10 years of experience, deep knowledge of PHP and Laravel, proficiency in code versioning control and CI/CD practices, and familiarity with middleware technologies.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in code versioning control, branching strategies, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as RDBMS and message brokers.
