Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.

Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures, including microservices and event-driven systems, is essential.
A tech-agnostic mindset is necessary, with the ability to evaluate and work across multiple technology stacks.
Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and working with CI/CD pipelines is required.
Familiarity with AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot as part of the development workflow is a must.
Strong leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and conducting design reviews, are essential.
A background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications is preferred.
